--ONE MONTH LATER-- Emma's POV As I lay on my stomach, letting Elijah's hands smoothly run up and down my back, relieving my pressure points, I sighed in peace. Elijah, my sweet angel, covered in darkness. That's what I saw him as. I knew there had been good in him. "That feel good?" He smirked down at him with a smug glint in his eyes. "Oh yeah it does." I purr, glancing up at him. Before we could say more, icy tension entered the room as Kristine walked past us. She threw me a glare so harshly evil, I gave the thought of running and hiding a serious option. Why she hated me so much was beyond me. Elijah cut on thirty minutes of his time with me to train her each day. Wasn't that making me suffer enough. Elijah felt my tensing under his hands, and flipped me over so I was looking into his eyes. "Whats wrong with you?" He demanded, looking me over with hidden worry. I shook my head glancing towards Kristine, then up at Elijah. "Just thinking about the janitor you killed after lunch today." I said, reaching out to wrap my arms around his neck. His arms locked around my waist pulling me to him with a sheepish smirk. "I said I was sorry, he left a gum wrapper in the front of my locker. I wasn't going to stand for it." He said kissing the top of my head. I giggled at him, resting into him, feeling much better just being this close. And that's were I'll always want to be. Nancy's POV I sat, my eyes blurry with tears, waiting. Chris hasn't talked to me, or even looked at me since the day we made love. It was beyond painful, it broke me. How could he do this to me after everything we have been through. I thought u could trust him with anything. But as I hold the pregnancy test in my hands, I couldn't feel more alone. All I could do was wait now. Wait for my life to possibly end. I turned my head to look out Elijah's closet door, seeing Chris had called a meeting in the living room. I strained myself to hear his words. "As you all know, Miranda and I have been together for a long time, shes the most beautiful girl in the world to me. And right here, in front of all my friends, I ask you.." Chris pauses and I watch his shadow get down on one knee. Tears rolled down my cheeks, my break breaking even more. No.. He couldn't... He wouldn't. I could practically see Miranda's glowing smile. "Miranda.. Would you marry me?" Chris asked, and I silently cried to the heaven why. "Yes of course I will!" Miranda's voice said in joy.
