Hope you like this update!(/)-(\) ***Julie's POV*** I stared out the window waiting for Mason to come back. It was taking for ever. Alicia didn't live far from here. I was beginning to worry. I stared outside till Aly tapped me that someone was on the phone for me. "Who is it?" I asked "He said his name is Troy" She responded 'Troy? No it can't be. My older brother?' I began to think. Memories of my older brother and I when we were smaller and would play in our yard as our father would be grilling food and our mother reading her novels. Then the memory of the night my parents died. Troy had moved in with our aunt Veronica after getting into an argument with our father. After that night I never heard from him again, and Lisa has never even met him. "Julie!" Aly had been trying to catch my attention while I was in my daze. I shook my head and grabbed the phone from her and held it up to my ear. Clintching hing it tight as my heart was rapidly beating. "Hello?" "Julie Anne!?" "Tr-Troy?" "Yeah... Oh my god Julie your alive!" "Yeah, I'm alive and so is Lisa." I began speaking and I stepped outside to hear him clearly after Tiffany and Aly were screaming at the tv about some scary movie. "Julie, It's been so long. I want to see you. I want to catch up on what I have missed in your life." "You havent missed much. But, you could come by tonight if you'd like. I live at 345 Maple Road." "Great I'll be there. I just have to finish up some stuff on base and I'll head right over ok." "Ok?" And with that we hung up. I walked back inside and saw Tiffany acting dramatic like the girl in the movie. I ignored her and sat at the dining room table thinking about what Troy had said. ' "....on the base...." Was he in the military?' I thought. The phone began to ring again and I answered absent mindedly. "Julie I will be on my way home now. Do not worry Alicia is dropping me off because Mason had.... things to attend too." "Umm ok... Well when you get here I have to speak with you about something ok." "That will be alright." She said after a long pause. She hung up immediately after she responded. I placed the phone down on the table again thinking about Lisa. A knock came from the door pulling me out of my daze. I shuffled to the door slowly and hesitantly. I clutched the door knob, my gearting beating out of my chest, my palms getting sweaty, the room was spinning. I squeezed my eyes shut tightly and flung the door open. I opened them and saw Troy standing there.... In a marines uniform. "Julie!" He hugged me tightly. "Troy.." I hugged him back not being able to speak. I was in shock. My only brother was now a U.S. Marine?! The room began to spin again, I almost slipped to yhe floor. "Whoa Julie are you alright?" Troy helped me over to the couch. I say next to Aly and Tiffany who were taking turns feeling my forehead. I looked up at Troy and was overwhelmed with joy that he was back in my life, and that Lisa and I were no longer the only 2 left of our family. I hugged Troy tightly not wanting to let go. "My brothers home" "Yes Julie... I'm home" He hugged me back tightly. Tears streaming down his face. At that moment Lisa has walked in with Angi or whose name I thought was Angi.
AN UPDATE!!!! I looked at Lisa, She seemed completely different and so did Angi. It was strange and scary at the same time. I looked at both pf them. "Hey Angi, this is my brother Tr-" She cut me off. "My names not Angi. It's Alicia." She hissed at me. "Alicia? I thought your name was Angi. That's what you told me." "Well now I'mtelling you my real name and it's Alicia get it right." "Ummm ok?" She rolled her eyes and stood at the door way looking down at Troy and I. I looked arpund for Aly and Tiffany but they had already left without me noticing. My heart started pounding again. 'Whats happening? Something isnt right... And I feel it. Oh god what's about to happen?!' I thought. I noticed Troy had stood up and walked near Lisa. Her facial expression was expressionless. It was odd. "Lisa? Is that you?" He asked "And you are?" She hissed I stood and took a step towards them, standing next to Troy and linking arms with him smilong at Lisa. But, my feeling of something bad rose. I was getting anxious and I think she noticed because she just kept staring at me. "Lisa, this is Troy. Our older brother. He lost all contact with us when the fire happened. You were only 6 back then." "He's our brother?" "Yeah... He is" I hugged Troy happy he was back. He smiled and embraced my hug. He then stepped toward Lisa about to hig her. But, he froze and Lisa had a look in her eyes of insanity. I was in shock at the look in her eyes. Alicia was smirking at what Lisa had done. Troy collapsed to the floor, blood dripping out of the stab wound Lisa had just created. "TROY!!!!!!!!" I cried and fell to my knees by his side. He looked at me, hang on to his dear life. Hot tears were pouring down my face. I looked up at Lisa. "What have you done?!" "I took out another person who is trying to replace me in your heart Julie!" "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!" "I'M BEING REPLACED JULIE! AND YOU DONT NOTICE!! SO, NOW I'M TAKING OUT THOSE WHO ARE REPLACING ME! AND YOUR GONNA GET YOURS NOW!" Alicia began to laugh at what Lisa had said. I gasped and fell back looking up at Lisa as she took a step towards me. HOLY COW!! WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?
