Tennis is much harder if you're actually playing it more than casually. And nobody sprints six hours a day, sorry to break it to you. You sprint for a little bit, rest for a long time, repeat. You might be outside for 6 hours, but you probably sprinted about 30 minutes.
All you do in tennis is stand there and move once in a while hitting the balls. In track you gotta pace yourself I your running long distance and you gotta go it all if you do sprints, hurdles you gotta run AND jump trying to sprint it all, the field events are also a challenge... I personally do long distance.
You're stupid if you think one sport is harder they're both competitive. And track obviously varies a lot depending on the event.
Lol king not every tennis player hits every shot down the middle I have seen points on TV where both players each run more than a football field in one point.
hey bestie lol.. I say screw both, do baseball I run cross country during the fall, basketball in winter, and softball in spring. All varsity. Okay but really, try baseball lol. If not, I think you'd like track
No it's the other way around. Track is for weaklings who's scared at holding a racquet in there hand while running.
Hey Nye I'm talking about spring sports though I play basketball and cross country, never tried baseball though
I don't get track. You don't use your brain. All you do is run on the track, if you need to, jump, then your done.
Track is more enduring guys, we should all know that. Like seriously really you have to say tennis is more enduring?
