-I smile and gently rub Alida's back. I pick Josh up and comfort him-

*shifts Isabella to One arm and Picks up Rain*

 

I walk down a hallway, looking behind an old painting, and push it aside, finding a small door.
"What is this...?"
I open the door, waving away cobwebs, and step inside.

-Walks to Alidas room in a extremely happy mood-

"knock, knock. How is mah lovely niece and nephews this morning?"

I stumble through the darkness, my hands trailing over the stone wall, until I reach a lit torch. I pick it up, walking further down the hall until I reach a set of stairs.

 

"Aww poor ickle Rain!!"

-Smiles at Rain-

"You want aunty Lily to do something Klutzy to make you smile?"

I reach the door at the bottom of the stairs, and hearing voices, I press my ear against it.
???: "Those girls need to die if we want to take the throne."
??: "I say we kill the king first"-
?: "No. We kill the daughters one by one. Starting with lady Alida. She just gave birth..."

I gasp, jerking back from the wall, and stumbling backwards, falling to the floor. My torch flickers out as my eyes widen.
?: "Who's there?!"

-Turns around and walks straight into the door. Holds my breath not wanting to swear in front of the little ones.-

The door swings open, revealing three guys in hoods. I unsheathe my dagger, kicking them to the floor with my leg in a sweeping motion, and stand up.
