I tried to write one, but I kept writing about killing people and ugh. xD I tried to write it again but idk, writing stories at half 2 (am) kinda sucks. xD It was about a hat who doesn't actually know he's a hat and it's a mystery who he is and yeah don't steal my idea guys I need sleep.
Ughh... Mystery... My one-shot is going to either blow minds or make people wonder how I'm a writer...
But with Mystery you actually have to plan out the story, and you have to keep the reader swept up in the story, which means your the plot has to be really good. Plus in Mystery you gotta plan stuff out as you so it all ties together at the end.
I find mystery better if you leave the reader with a few questions to ask and let them plot it out in their head
That is also true, but only if you do it right, the reader doesn't think that if the plot isn't good, or the settings don't match. Man I read to many books
