Well if you can see, the metal part is too low. So when I went to plug in my lamp, the cord thing with the two metal things you plug in (I have no idea what the proper name is), the metal things touched the metal part of the outlet, so the electricity touched the metal part of the outlet. And it shocked the fuck out of me even tho I barely touched it. It felt horrible and I'm sure I only got like 10% of the power.
