I'm not t6lcbc, but I'm more than halfway there, so I probably won't pay too bad. To be reminded, the details and rules are as follows: - Saturday, October 11th. War will be declared around 8:15AM CST, which allows it to actually start roughly at 10am CST, 11am EST, 11pm SGT +12, and 3pm GMT +4. - 24 hour war. - 200kcs minimum requirement. - No stripping of tutors. - No arranging outside hits.
