?Sleepy? Last night I got no sleep. I lay in bed for hours and did not even dose off for a minute. Today, I'm like a walking zombie?. Well, a sitting zombie. I drank a ton of coffee, tried to jump to get my adrenaline pumping, and turned on bright lights to alter my melatonin levels in hopes of being less sleepy. It was all no use?, I'm counting the minutes till I go sleep again. This got me thinking, well as much as a person on no sleep actually can think, What do you do to stay awake when you need too?
