Ok, ok! Here it is! UPDATE! Cara's POV I heard a light rapping on the door when I woke. I was about to yell but then I remembered that I fell asleep. "Cara, are you in there?" I heard outside. "Yes, please, come in," I replied, rubbing my eyes. A woman came in. "Hi, I'm Dominique, head of staff. I came here to tell you that Josh and Rob had a fight earlier." "Oh, my God! Are they okay?!" I squealed. "Fine, just a bloody nose for Rob, a large cut above the eye for Josh, and a few bruised on them. I came to tell you that Rob will not be able to be your date at the 5th Annual Summer Dance and you will have a few extra days to find a new date." "Thank you, for telling me." "Your welcome, Cara, if you ever need anything, just ask for me." "Okay, Dominique. Again, thank you." She smiled, "Your welcome, good day." "Good day." Rob is in trouble and not Josh! Which means... Josh will be my date! Right? Cammy's POV Talking to Both of Them I swear, Rob and Josh are a bunch of idiots. And Cara is a fool to have said yes to Rob before Josh even asked! She should have waited. But she seemed truly heartbroken when she told me the news. I kinda feel sorry for the newbie. I waited outside the nurse's office for Rob and Josh. First Rob came out. "What the hell is wrong with you? You knew Josh was gonna do that!" I exclaimed. "I had to, it didn't look like he was gonna ask her anytime soon. He was so shy," he replied. "So? I know the rule with you guys and it applies to us girls too. Don't take your friends date! That is the most important rule ever!" "I am sorry now, I now know I should have asked the person I told Josh I was gonna ask." "Who was that gonna be? Kate or Hayley?" "No, I was gonna ask someone else but now it doesn't matter. See ya." He walked off with a staff member to the Hot Box. Poor guy. Though he did deserve it. Asking out his best friend's crush? That was low, even for Rob. When Josh came out I smiled. "How ya feeling?" I asked. "Beat up, and opened up a bit," he replied feeling the bandage where Rob cut him. "Well, now you can finally ask Cara. But you have to ask fast." "I'll ask once I see her, after all she has a little extra time to find a date." "Well, I think she is still in her dorm right now." "Thanks, Cammy. See ya!" He ran off to find Cara. I just hope that he has enough time.

I was looking for Cara. And then I got stopped by Dominique. "Josh, what are you doing?" she asked me. "I need to ask Cara something," I replied nervously. "Is it about the dance?" she asked smiling. "Yeah," I replied smiling too. "I'll take ya too her," she told me, guiding the way. I smiled, I was getting help from the head of staff. That was rare enough. But getting help to ask the girl I love to the dance? That was never expected! "Here's her dorm, Josh," she said, interrupting my thoughts. "Thanks, Dominique," I replied. "Call me Dom when no one else is around, Josh. I have to go, see ya!" She walked off. I was standing at the door. I knocked. I was so nervous! "Come in!" I heard. I opened the door and there she was, reading on what was her bed. "Josh! Your okay!" "Yeah, just a scratch and some bruises. I'll be fine," I replied. "So, what are you reading?" "'Shiver', it's really good. It's about a werewolf named Sam, his crush human girl, Grace, and her friends and his wolf family. It's a romance I think." "Sounds good. Look, I came here to ask you something," I said awkwardly. I was standing in front of the door. "Sit down," she patted the spot next to her on the bed. "And go ahead and ask." I sat down next to her. I took a deep breath. "Since you now don't have a date to the dance, I was wondering if you would like to be my date." "I would love to," I heard her say. "Really? That's great!" I hugged her. She smiled as I pulled back. "Well, you probably have to go, bye, Josh." "Bye, Cara." I walked out and leaned on the wall next to the dorm. The easy part was over.
