the short answer is probably NO, since VIP is based on stats, tutors, not "will to kill" or "never sleep in war" mindset. Plus, I get whacked by noob t5bc all the time my tutors, sweet as they are, cannot protect me from that. This is an interesting concept, but, after the initial salvo, 1v1 wars are UBER-boring for the ppl warring.
