Have clubs sign up then put them in strength divisions? if ur club is top 50 ur indivision 1 51-100 division 2 101-300 d3 and 301 and up d4… each division has a champion? Would that work?
True well maybe someone who has planned good events in past could get a good organizing team together. Might even spark some excitement around pimd to war unlikely though.
