“UNABLE TO LOAD APNS SETTINGS”

  1. Hi, I’m an iOS user and I kept seeing this prompt whenever I check settings. Also there is no notification sounds in PIMD. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I seem to get same problem. Please help me.
     
  2. I did, waiting for reply. But I guess they’re gonna say the same thing to me again. That it’s not their fault.
     
  3. Have you tried restarting your phone? It could also be a problem with your internet.

    I’m an iOS user and I can access the settings just fine.

  5. Weird, has there been a response to your help ticket?
     
  6. They said its the problem with iOS 13

  8. I’ve been havi the same problem since ios12 on my 6 and I have a 7 now so it’s not the phone. I sent a help ticket in and they couldn’t do anything so maybe just contacting Apple about it or even your phone carrier might be the next step.
     
  9. That’s definitely more of an issue on Apple’s side rather than PIMD. I’d talk to their support, or try bringing your phone in to a local Apple store.
