Oh gawd! I saw this story and I was like "yay another story by Katie I should read this!" then I read it and it's a real shame he likes his sister he seems cute....anyways, this is an interesting topic
In class he sat at the window farthest from the front. He sat next to his best friend, Liam. "Oi! Andrew... You look pale, you okay bro?" he asked. "Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?" he asked and he took a seat. He sighed and opened his binder and pushed his hair back with his right hand. "Hmm I don't know. Anyways, I heard that your sister has a new date. Grade eleven." "What?!" "Yeah.. Zach Sarna, or something like that. Apparently she rejected him at first but secretly they're dating. I'm surprised you didn't know, she usually tells you everything." "I guess not." "But he's really rude... I've seen him when he's not around her, he's a complete jerk, look out for her." "Of course, she's my sister," he said and he looked out the window. "Are you mad?" "What? No. Just surprised, that's all. Why didn't she tell me..." To tell the truth, he wasn't surprised at all. In fact, he knew something wad going on when she didn't meet him after school sometimes, or when she arrived home late. "I suspected as much..." "Did you say something bro?" "Hm? No... I was just talking to myself," he said and he sighed. "Anyways how's things between you Andrea?" "Good. Things are slow, but all relationships are like that." "Haha yeah..." "Morning Andrew." Andrew looked up to see Janine Davis, his classmate. It was obvious she liked him, everyone knew it. She smiled, and waved. "Morning Janine," he replied politely. She grinned and then she went and whispered to her friend. "How long are you going to keep playing her?" asked Liam. "You know she likes you. Why do you keep pushing when you know that one day you'll reject her?" "That's not my intention." "Then what is? To humiliate her when you do? Sometimes you're a jerk." "I know. I know that very well..."
