Wow...I must admit that I've totally forgotten to update! I've totally forgotten about this story. So I'm going to shove away my homework and get to writing an update. Sorry!
I was numb with shock. I couldn't believe he just shut the door in my face..I drove all the way over here..got the courage to even knock and he shoves my efforts right back into my face. Anger suddenly rushes through my veins causing my arm to drag up and bang loudly on the door. It opened exposing an annoyed then shocked Charlie as he saw my facial expression. I pushed him inside the house and loud angry words spewed from my mouth with no filter. I kept shoving him backwards and stabbing him with my index finger, rage was flowing through me along with adrenaline. His breath was catching and he stumbled backwards into the hall wall where it turned to enter his kitchen. "How dare you close the door in my face before I could even say what I wanted to. I was going to say I love you and you jus-" "What?! You were going to say what?" He cut me off a serious yet scared expression overshadowed his shocked one. It startled me nonetheless because I was on a roll, and since I was on a roll I didn't realize what I had just said until it was too late. "I-I..nothing, I'm just mad you shut the door in my face." His interuption took all the wind from my sails and all of a sudden I felt exhausted. "Don't. Lie. If that were true you would have just left and not barges into my house & attack me in a fit of rage." He seemed to have been testing his words between his teeth before spitting them at me. I didn't know what to say now, though I knew I couldn't take back what I said even if it were the truth. "Look Charlie-" suddenly we switched roles and he was the one pushing me up against the wall, except this time his mouth slammed on my own. I was quickly caught up in the chemistry that just sparked when our lips synchronized together. His hands cupped my face gently, tenderly, much the opposite of the assault his lips were enacting upon my own. I was kissing him back with a fervor, I missed this so much. Nothing, no other kisses, could amount up to his. I know it sounds cliche and cheesy but I can't help how I react. For some reason he stopped almost as soon as he started and I reached out for him trying to get him to kiss me again desperately. He stepped away from me but not far enough away to release me from the cage his arms formed around me. "Tell me." His breath fanned on my neck and instant goosebumps formed there. My intake of air must have encouraged him for his lips softly brushed my neck and I stretched it out for him to kiss. He didn't do as I expected though, instead he stopped and repeated his earlier statement. I huffed irritated. "No." I responded and began trying to get away from him. His hands grasped my waist and his mouth silenced me once again, effectively intoxicating me. I returned it in a fit of childish need. He stopped again though. What was he trying to do? "Tell me what you were going to say. Tell me please." I could hear the need and pleading in his voice and the affect of his kisses mixed in with my overwhelming emotions caused three words to slip out of my mouth. "I love you."
