You can tell that unicorn is correct because 29 is in between 25 and 36. The square roots of them are 5 and 6, which are both lower than 7.
If you don't have a calculator try to make them both perfect squares. If you can't, just round to the nearest tenth if you can get that far in...
You have to do square root of one over square root of 25. So it's 1/5. Square root of one is one. Square root of 25 is 5.
