I can’t edit but I just realized you probably meant the formula on taking back shards considering boxes only drop 800 total shards at a time. So...
Someone mentioned they’re only sending refunds if you opened boxes/spent ec for your 7 avatars. Otherwise, they will not be refunding you.
You won’t get duplicates until you get the entire dorm. However, the boxes are tradeable at that point but any duplicate furni is not.

Popping in to say, I just received my first box after collecting the required avis about 19hrs ago. I’ve hit maybe 15 dogs/invs since then.
It’s not false then, the drop rate is just absurd.
POTD and ec. Cat, dog, and invs have a chance to drop x2.
