It gives you a list of 5 potential vampires, 100% of the time, instead of it being a chance to get a list. Not everyone on the list is a vampire....
I would assume that means there are zero vamps in your club, or at least who were in that party.

The drops of blood are pretty far back in the showcase, placed near the items from the battle pass released in August.
