If you get free ecs using the offer wall, then you can use those ecs to buy 200 tokens a week. It's not great, but it's free nonetheless and you can save them up to get whatever rewards you like. Also, have you seen the price tag on the old ratchet looking avatars from the rewards .... 350-400b š what a joke
I don't feel like the stats of the avis/items accurately reflect the amount of spending required to achieve them.
The only thing i like about this is the dragon stat items.. everything else completely missed the mark for me. And the tier rewards? Dont get me started on the downgrade it is from the previous rewards which made it worthwhile to even spend. The only way i can see this remotely being good is if there are better rewards next week cause it seems like the items are there in shop for a week and yall makw it seem like its gonna change every week so im expecting better stuff.. otherwise, this is a major flop. ESPECIALLY with the recolored and recycled avis. Yall just got praised for this hunt for being creative and original and then pull this dumbasseryā¦š§š½āāļø
First of all, I advise you to fix the display of rewards in this shop. It is not intuitively clear which offer is more profitable, we have to click on each one to see that one has two cat cookies and the other has three cats, etc. Overall, the idea of choosing rewards doesn't seem so bad, but only if players don't lose out in the process. Since I don't buy anymore, it's hard for me to do the math, but it would be interesting to compare the old rewards with the new ones (and you could give some examples to show players that your idea isn't just robbery). So far, judging by the comments, people are not thrilled. Why? Think about it. P.S. I don't quite understand people who ask, "What if it's not available in my country?" . If it's not available now, then you couldn't get rewards for purchases in webstore before either, this update mostly affects webstore (correct me if Iām wrong). BUT! I'd like to get rewards for spending money directly in the game too, it's the same money, so why the different treatment? š¤·š»āāļø P.P.S. Please communicate more with your community, people are willing to help with ideas, and maybe even with realisation. It's sad to see how only things related to investing money are changing. I donāt have hopes anymore ngl.
just gonna reply to myself. After doing some slight math.. if the purchases using the reward points isnt a one time purchase..its not that bad.. still a slight downgrade though. Im going from tier 11-12 and getting around 400ec.. to only getting 71 which is terrible.. For me at least, i have the choice of getting 15 cats, 15 dogs, 30 ish keys and furni keys, 50 ish dns? Someone compare to the old webstore. It might not be that bad of a downgrade.
tbh itās actually getting pretty old seeing people constantly moaning and groaning. yāall actually had your hopes up for this? iām not going to say that the complaints i keep seeing arenāt valid, but there comes a point where you gotta realize that when you point a finger, three are pointing back at yourself. the devs donāt give you what you ask for and what do you do in response? you open up your wallets, then bend over and take it right up the tail pipe!! yāall love to call ATA greedy (they are), but yāall are no different. itās no secret who the biggest spenders are on this game. just take a look at who is participating in t10 in b2b2b hunts. look at the TB and Valuable leaderboards. look at who is topping the XC leaderboards. their showcases are full exclusive items, avatar boxes, and thousands of black market bentos. if you pay attention, itās very obvious who is earning their way honestly andhonorably without breaking the TOU and who is not. and the ones who are not are the ones you should be pointing the finger at. they are the ones who have been annihilating the economy for years. theyāre the ones with 50-100bcs+ in their showcase who destroyed the misc market. theyāre the ones buying up all the EC drops to fund their leaderboard endeavors and their solos during promos, destroying the supply for others. youāre selling cats that you bought for $6 and they are paying you the equivalent of about 60-70 cents for them with their bought bentos. they keep growing on this game while your peasant asses remain where youāve been. from a business standpoint, why in the world would the devs listen to any of your requests? āif it aināt broke, donāt fix it.ā the portion of money they lose to these black market players is made up for by you guys. thereās an unspoken agreement with these players that aslong as they are still spending more than others, they are free to continue on with their black marketactivities without consequences. these people are the ones you should be pissed off at. 75% of the blame belongs to them. even though the devs are guilty of allowing this to go on, if these peoplewerenāt doing the things they are doing, the gap between you and them wouldnāt be so massive. youwouldnāt envy what they have as much because they wouldnāt even have those things. the change you want is a change you are never going to see unless you all band together. stop selling your stuff to them. stop funding them. stop hosting flashes forthem. stop letting them book at your clubs. sure, theyāll cry and maybe farm you guys, but they wonāt keep it up for as long as you think. there was once a group of people in this world who chose to walk instead of ride a bus, and in doing so, they achieveda common goal. no, it wasnāt immediate, but ithappened.

EVEN THOUGH I do not like the fact thereās recycled content AND the fact it makes it harder to actually achieve every milestone I WILL SAY I do like the part where nothing will get erased and we can save our tokens.. I do also like some of the content yall put out with this. It doesnāt change my opinion though that I donāt think this was necessary but I do think itās anā¦. Interesting š¤ change.. I do also want to say I read this whole thing and I am honestly glad that yall addressed the community aspect of it all and why yall put this out instead of listening to the community and rushing into things.. I DO wish tho you guys would elaborate more as we have been hearing āweāve got different teams focused on different aspects of the gameā a lot lately..
Loyalty by spending money? This is why your games are failing; you donāt truly care about your player base. You simply care about how much money they spend and how to get them to spend. Other studios and games that are smaller than you have surpassed you. Why? They reward you for simply playing, for being consistent; whether theyāre f2p or spending theyāre appreciated and cared for. Ofc spending gives more but overall the communities feel heard and enjoy the game. Finally and most importantly their games are fun.
this is not it, agree with everyone else completely. I'm not sure what is even the point of writing here anymore though. no one cares or actually listens to us much. I guess I'm hoping one day someone will finally realize this isn't okay but starting to look less and less likely. the greed is really starting to make me feel sick.

Not gonna lieā¦ I bought from the web store for the slight discount but mostly for those green boxes. No disrespect, but the new rewards give me zero incentive to buy from the web store. Iām actually really upset with the star thing and the options of what you have to buy with them. I didnāt get to look at the post yet, Iāll have to read everything later. But when I ran to the shop really fast a few minutes ago and realized the green boxes are gone. I was really really sad.
Very dissatisfied š to say the least, forum say new rewards February 24th am I not correct ? But because Iām British I had to wait till the 25th , so missed out on some rewards ! Basically a con unless your in the right time zone

Besides the stats (that are thankfully tradeable) nothing in that shop is worth any points therefore not worth any money. If it was all new avatars (not just recycled contentānot even well recolored content mind you) there might've been a slightly better reaction. But this is just blatantly ATA being greedy because no one asked for anything other than to have the points not expire. Literally nothing else had to changeāagain with the lucky boxes, monthly themes (thought theyre hit or miss), and raffle avis you guys prove you guys can work on quality content with input given. Those are things worth player's hard earned money instead of recolored avis (not even good bases to begin with). The stats that look like they were from random fantasy/dragon hunts that you had to put somewhere. This is just lazy and you all taking away the things that made the webstore worth it. None of this content is worth all the money you want player's to throw at it. You all claim to care about your player's and the feedback given but from the constant shards, recycling of materials, horrible male avis (majority are either ugly or look like they can't lift a gallon of milk without tipping overā) and the general lack of care from the devs is diabolical. I used to spend a pretty penny on this game but nowadays it's just not worth it in this economy and the fact that ATA does not care that they're giving player's slop to pay for is sad. Okay I think I'm done š«
So.... You're telling me we can't buy bentos with actual money from other players... But we can buy 200 points for 50ec (which cost money) aaaaand then buy 5b for 250 points???? Crazy work.
