I want my convoluted and sometimes corny story with a choice tree back. I read every single story update. Every. Single. One. (The elven story pass was my favorite.) That was the best part. Drops are nice, too, but I bought the story pass for the story. I don’t come here to battle. If I wanted that, I’d just play Hatchmon… I mean, Pokemon.
Way to make it inaccessible as usual 😔 Either a stupid bento price because of resellers or irl money. Not a cheap amount either. Sad I have to miss out because of this weird new system.

For lack of better words, this game is going to shit. You hear our feedback yet still push out the same thing that has given you the biggest backlash and upset player base I can remember. Doesn't feel like we're heard at all, or maybe we are heard and you just don't care because money talks louder than the upset players. Whatever it is, I'm really tired of it and just disappointed. There was plenty of time to change this to an ec purchase option or even having both real cash and ec as an option before releasing it, but of course not. Because why let us spend the ec we save up or earn from offers to buy something? Oh, right. Because that doesn't make us spend on this type of bs you keep giving us. I'll be back later with actual numbers to back this up, but rough math says yet again this will be impossible to complete for the casual player who doesn't frequent flashes or sessions. You're helping to kill your PotD/PPotD clubs who already struggle, so congrats. I'm tired of fighting it. I was going to get a sub for V-Day promo, but I think I'll pass on that too. My spending is done unless things change. This game is boring at this point. I refused to participate in the last crapshow battle pass. I refuse to participate in this one and give in to your blatant greed and disregard for your player base and their unhappiness with this the last time you tried it. Been waiting months for a new story pass and we get the same bs. And now we'll have to wait until after April for this junk to end and then however long after that to hopefully get something we actually want, though I don't have much hope and honestly might not even be playing this game that long. If I get shit service at a restaurant or store and don't feel like I'm heard I don't go back. Honestly don't know why I'm still here even holding on to the tiniest shred of hope that you all care about your players and not just their money.
It's so hard to believe that they can't do anything about the battle passes when devs are literally tweaking events in real time during campus parties. Avatar shard requirements are also modified mid release due to feedback. Saying your hands are tied when negative feedback was given during the initial release is a lie. Just say players were buying enough in cash that you are not bothered to change the content in any way. The lie is as hilarious as calling this content a battle pass without an actual battle.
Partying just for more drips is not fun. I liked the diversity of actions required from story passes. These avatars are cute though.
To finish this we need (rounded to the nearest whole number) 2,778 drops per day. Parties seem to be dropping (assuming it's like usual and PotD/PPotD drop the same amount which is also bs): PotD/PPotD = 105 drops PPA = 305 drops Cat = 505 drops Dog = 705 drops That equates to: 26.5 PotD/PPotD per day 9 PPA 5.5 cats 3.9 dogs So yeah, tell your PotD/PPotD players you care about them. With a big middle finger. We get it. We don't matter. 👌🏻 I've been on this game for 12 years and have been in the club I'm in since day 1 of joining. I've been admin or President of the club since day 1 of playing. Finding new members sucks because you keep pushing this type of stuff out where our clubs don't stand a chance. Why are we even still trying? All y'all care about is money. Not the long term players who helped your game get to where it is. Not the casual player who can't spend tons of money.
A good lot of points were already made here by my fellow players, and I'm in agreement with the consensus: WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS.
The men look like women and not as much effort were put into the compared to the female avi; it’s pretty pathetic and ridiculous because I’m not a great artist but I could do better male avi and female avi so either your artists hate men or something because they don’t even look manly or that well designed. Smh
Everything I wanted to say about Battle Passes has been said before and others are saying it again but I wanted to add something else. Don’t buy the VIP version until you finish or manage to get enough drops for what you wanted first. I remember last time around people were upset they spent money/bentos and didn’t get to finish so thought I’d leave a reminder if you’re considering.
I wish players who support content would also post. It would be nice to see it. We should welcome all feedback, even if we don't agree with other players.

I must admit that I am not pleased with the requirement for players to spend real money as the only option to purchase the VIP Battle/Story pass. Beforehand, it only used to cost 199 Extra Credits, which would have at least allowed everyone to purchase by completing offers if needed. Now, almost everything is blocked behind a wall. As much as we express concerns on this platform, it is not taken seriously, which is very disappointing on your part, ATA. Please do take this message into consideration and allow everyone to at least obtain something valuable for once without the need to be greedy.
Can’t lie I’m super disappointed that this is £££ only again there was a ton of backlash over it last time and you guys decided to bring it back but instead of listening to player feedback decided to do the exact same thing that players didn’t like. We have said over and over again we would love story passes back, but even the option to buy this with 199ecs similar to the previous story passes we actually enjoyed would have been better than this.
So incredibly disappointed, in the fact you have to pay for the pass. People are out here grinding OTHER games to attain ECS so that they don't need to spend money (myself obviously included). Genuinely makes me wonder. Why should I bother grinding for ecs if content I would spend ecs on is not available to me? I would assume Pimd gets paid when people go and download from tapjoy, so they should be getting paid either way. This honestly feels like such a slap in the face. The LEAST you could do is have a paid and EC version. The community has given you their feedback and criticism, which you say is very important to you. I implore you to listen.
Adding my voice once again to the disappointment that this can only be bought with $$$. Please listen to your players and bring back the ec purchase option. I have ecs I want to use. This is getting ridiculous. Actually, you're listening to us, you're just choosing not to act on our feedback. I am wondering why you even bother giving us surveys at this point.
I did more math because I'm a number nerd. When you really break it down and look at what's needed to get these rewards, it really does not seem worth it at all. So even if this was available for ec, you could still keep it. A PotD/PPotD club most likely can only get to around the 90,000-110,000 mark without flashes/sessions. 90,000 needs 9.5 PotD/PPotD per day. 110,000 needs 11.6 PotD/PPotD per day. Smaller players again have basically zero chance at anything worth their time and effort. How do the apes even come up with these numbers? Pull them out of a hat? To not even be able to complete a "free" version of a battle/story pass is absurd. Maybe the apes should pull their heads out of their bums instead of numbers out of hats.
Ugly. The Avis are not my style, but I'm talking about the format again. Bring back the old story pass with the actual story choices and EC option!!
