So much could’ve been done to make this hunt come to life. I see the vision, but it’s a flop babes. The avatars aren’t giving Christmas. The furniture is barely giving Christmas. It’s plain as all hell with some pieces being down right ugly. The hunt 999 doesn’t fit the walls, which I’m personally REALLY sick of seeing. Please go into 2026 with fresh, new ideas because this isn’t it.
I don't think the problem is that it's "too classy" for Christmas. It's the fact that it's so recycled. We have sooo many medieval/baroque hunts and we are sick of it. I want the tacky 20th century Christmas! Where's the color and the sweaters and the lights? The dorm feels bare and beige and the avis are so played out.
I have a mixed feelings about them avis. They're pretty but not giving much Christmas vibes to me. Dorm as whole is plain as someone said before, but I like the furnis individually and can imagine them being put in different Christmas/ dorms and ✨shine✨. Love the ppotd stat & gift. 🥰
Ngl at first I thought last hunt was the christmas hunt until I realised it will end before christmas. 😂 Why christmas themed if not christmas? Now it’s like we are having a second christmas hunt that is just extra-extra christmasy. I feel disappointed - until I remember that next hunt will be New Years. And if ATA is going to follow the same pattern as previous years, that one will be way crappier than this one.💁🏼♂️ Is it a comforting thought? No, but it makes me appreciate the weeks with this hunt a bit more. Doesn’t really feel like we’ve had an exciting christmas hunt since the Harry Potter one??and I’m not even a HP fan. (Or was that even THE christmas hunt? Or just the pre-christmas one?🤡 Hard to remember since ATA seems to always make TWO xmas themed hunts in December) But all in all, could have been worse.
The avatars aren't my style though I know maybe some other person would like them. The dorm isn't bad really. Christmasy 🎄
Okay so I appreciate the booster ads!! Thank you for the extra drops boosts, and finally a combined str and int boost (not that I use int boosts but.. its nice to also have them there along with str in one bundle) 😂 Hunt furni is meh, and basic avatars look soooo much more festive than the vips. New Year was always with neon for a couple years mixed with disco / boogie color. Which people have suggested to stop this. ATA has always keep a shelf furniture that include the year for several years but not all of them. And I believe it was the classic ballroom / soirée dress for female, and touch of gold. For a more recent years. I mean should Christmas and new year hunt each be 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks duration? It’s often colliding between Black Friday celebrated in Pimd during the end of November each year and the beginning of winter that could be a possibility before Christmas. 2024 release duration and timing seem similar. There’s an event that last for 12 days. I’m just trying to figure out if it’s more the stat item, the furniture of none mix-match furniture set or the storyline of the hunt or the avatars appearances. Some prefer a more magical / fantasy style for holidays and others don’t. Some see these avatars name ,that are more Christmas , like the peppermint pretty box and wintermint are great as Christmas reference. It’s unfortunate (and clearly to late don’t take the idea to run away with it to recolor Or throwback for next December 2026c that’s not the point.) to have it behind an offer that daily login without special offers from Molly deals and webstore (online store for some players) . It would have been great to have those as side story avatars to ensure a way to earn it without fighting in the leaderboard.
This hunt could've been better, but it could've been worse so 🤷🏼♀️ I'll take it. Also loving the idea of the drop boost ad reward and the combined strength/intell.
I'd like it if all the basic avis werent all red. Its lacking colour. I get it, its christmas and red is a very integral colour of christmas but y'all could have done much better. Disappointed. And i will echo everyone on the first page, last hunt felt more christmas than this one.
Not gonna lie.. I was hoping for avatars wearing ugly Christmas sweaters, presents and Christmas lights all over the dorm. Maybe dolls, plushies, etc as gifts for the dorm. I want a tacky Christmas dorm 😭 and we got this. I'm not even trying... I want one avi and as soon as I get her I'm good.

I like the dorm and main story avatar. I definitely would love a Christmas hunt with avatars in sweaters, or just dressed cozy. I’m biased for normal dressed avatars though, girls in jeans and leggings is preferred.
