I was a bit worried about the sign up thread being posted only a week out from war... felt like it might not have been enough time to get sign ups... but sure enough, we had a full roster. Clear rules kept things civil and having outside hits turned off was great. It was a bit crazy when someone in war stole spotlight and then only people in war could get it.... so devs, please patch that. It was so nice to have the war on a weekend so that people could participate regardless of work situation. I think it is almost essentual for any good war that it be on the weekend. It reduces cancellations, allows for a shorter sign up period, and more. My only requests for improvement would be to disable miscellaneous bonuses and enable avatar switching. I also find it awkward to switch from club chat to the target war roster. It just takes too many button presses for how frequently we have to do it in war. I wish there was "quick-link" button in club chat that would take you directly to the war leaderboard of the opposing team. I think that's all.
