Grow first. You can’t possibly run a successful club until you know how to play the game. You haven’t even upgraded to 5k yet, which is usually accomplished the first day.
Clubs are immensely difficult to run. You should definitely upgrade some more and maybe spend time doing different admin positions in an existing club first to learn how they function and see how to recruit members/keep parties going.
