Justice went to this crazy party last night and decided to drive home after having one too many drinks. A cop pulled him over and had him take a breathalyzer test, the result was not in his favor; he's now sitting in jail waiting for bail.

 

How bout add a twist.

Have to use those three words.
Has to be a true statement....
And make it rhyme 
