I’m actually curious if they do check previous winners. Reason being that if someone already won and made an avatar and wins again because they have a lot of money then there wouldn’t be any point in doing future raffles because they would probably win every time. Maybe a raffle ticket cap? that way it’s not just the person with the most cash who has the most tickets, it could be a few people in the running.
I forget if it was just one, but I remember in previous raffles being shocked at the small amount of tickets some winners had. Most winners do seem to be people that stacked up on hundreds, though.
