RP actually is something else, which the players took to another level entirely, and sadly, ATA team moved along. Roleplay intended initially was, since it's a college game, we all players were expected to play role of students. That's why PIMD was classified as roleplay game.

It does sometimes take 3-4 business days for a response; if your silence is over before they reply, they can still appeal it by removing the silence from your 'record.' No, not unless you send a help ticket to appeal the silence. Otherwise you will need to wait the full 30 days of the silence.
