M Moderators do the silencing part but period of silence is not decided by them. It is auto generated. Within a span of 30 days, repeated offences have higher tiers of silence period. First 1 day, second 7 days, third 30 days (I hope I got tiers and period correct). After passage of 30 uneventful days, your tier drops down by one for next offence that you may commit. For posting in wrong channel, do raise a ticket in home screen, settings, help, chat. Simply request for reduced silence period giving out details. Hopefully needful will be done. No action is likely to be taken on posts here.
I feel ya I’ve been silenced and disabled for 6 days since July 3rd when will I be lifted and unsilenced
