@Oasis @-EmberLeaf- i wonder if it’s in one of those old boxes that cannot be trade / gifts or even preview for the wintermint which is why the above plant -EmberLeaf- seems impossible to find even without a name 🤔

There’s no point in sending in a help ticket. I reached out about this same issue a few months back. The team is already looking into it and they couldn’t give an estimate of when/if it would be fixed.
