No, as long as you have an ATA ID on your existing KOH account you can hit disconnect and recover it later by logging in with your ATA ID! If you add different ATA ID’s on both KOH accounts you can switch back and forth conveniently, and the PIMD account you want rewards on DOES NOT NEED to have the same ATA ID, as it links with promo codes now! How do I disconnect my current Heckfire account from my device? Follow instructions laid out here! Which PIMD account will receive my rewards? Rewards will be sent to the PIMD account that you link using your Heckfire promo code. This is cute and all but i am not making a whole new account just for the rewards at all. I have been playing since the last crossover and I have put too much time, money and effort to disconnect my current account make a whole new one
Making people start brand new accounts, and not rewarding the existing players base is an insane decision. At worst, you could have made it that the same account can access both realms, and the new realm has this fresh profile. But this... this is ridiculous.
Hi, may I check what happened to the current old Heckfire account that is linked to the PIMD account? Would it be possible to unlink the old Heckfire account with current PIMD and link it to the new one instead?
Players would be more inclined to play KOH and pay money to play if we didn't have to start a new account 💀 Not sure why you didn't make rewards retroactive like the last cross-over event. What the heck is the point in boosting us to lvl 10? it's not even a new account at that point and just a lot of work having to create a new account. I’m getting the feeling this is all because KOH is at risk of being removed from app stores due to download count. 🤣
When I try to make a new account and connect it to Pimd it says I already have an account and wants to transfer me back to it 😭
Here to add to the rest, making the TH level the same when people have to make an entirely new account is such a gigantic money grab ATA, that is so ridiculous. I know this and I didn’t even participate the 1st time.
Very much sucks that people who have put all the time and effort and stuck with the game from the first crossover are basically told we have to start all over for any type of rewards.

Hate that it has to be a brand new account. I actually downloaded the game yesterday to try and get my town hall to a higher level, and I now want to delete the game after trading this. There is no point to play imo.🥲 I don’t want to put in all this work and money (in my case) to a new account when I already have one connected to my account. It’s as if ata is punishing us for playing before this and having an account linked already.
Was this last minute planning or something because this is the worst idea ever..I actually enjoy playing KOH and I would rather not lose my old account progress for this stupid event. Poor planning 💀
So we just gotta say whatever to our old accounts now? I started last crossover and got decently high as well as did events to unlock certain LIMITED things, now I gotta erase it all just to try this out? Kinda crazy when we worked so hard for those items in the first place IMO. Mind you, lots of things are limited time unlocks so we won’t be getting them back…. thanks ata👎
What about all the people who have put years into a the game? Just to be forced to restart and maintain two accounts just for the sake of a crossover? How is this fair at all.
First of all start new ? Absolutely not. Those who already put in the work in the previous cross overs should not have to rebuild up. Giving everyone a level 10 boost is cute but did you even factor in that trying to get your town hall to level 26 takes 72 DAYS not including timers to reduce that??? The cross over event IS NOT EVEN THAT LONG BE SO FORREAL. This is -10/10 flop. Not going to participate. Good luck to those of you who will. I’m not doing this again.
a bit upsetting that we have to start brand new account but you still have to reach TH 28 for all the rewards ): i know it says we’ll be boosted and given resources, but i fear it won’t be enough. i haven’t played since the previous crossover event but i remember really having to grind back then (i don’t even think i finished it and i made IAPs). really also sucks for people who already do play the game and spent so much time and rl money on it as well to now have to start over. i, personally, wouldn’t want to have to spend on a separate account over my main account just for this one event, if i were them ):
