We just had a horse hunt which we've never had before, if I remember correctly. We also had the chess hunt which I don't think has been done before either. I like this hunt, my favorite avatar is the caterpillar girl. The dorm isnāt bad, not my cup of tea but Iām sure someone else will love it. My only complaint is having it longer than two weeks, I miss having a 1 week hunt. Three weeks is just too long to keep my attention. Honestly after one week I start guessing what next hunt will be.š¤ There could have been a one week filler hunt, then a two week Easter hunt.
I appreciate your perspective. I have some concerns and wish to point out a few things. Mainly to push further the discussion. I really donāt want just my opinion to reflect but I also want to point out some data so we can try to find a format that interests. Do you mean like this format back in 2022 before āBlack Friday hunt 2022ā Duration : ā9 days Or like the Black Friday in 2023 in this format Duration : ā7 days and with a shorter frame . I wouldnāt expect to have all 9 tiers and the same āgoals to reach for each tierā and number of rewards and avatars . Like it would balance for less for 7-9 days. on the other hand the other format events / activities released lately. People have raise concerns on this and on this. and with some people spending time outside of pimd for holiday for example Easter and have previously raised concerns to be recognizedā¦. On the Valentine 2026 many mention missing the first 2 weeks and were rushing on the last week to reach their own goals. While , I do distinguish personally the impact on two different of activities. I feel like some comments also affected the hunt mechanisms layout . Like the leaderboard that was shorten because in other format we wish for no leaderboard and it indirectly affect the āevent / huntā. I really feel bad for the misunderstanding / interpretation it can caused. on the other hand, Easter hunt is probe to have a game crash . Like itās nothing new so if itās down / lags for a couple of hours , Iām hoping for more time to make it up considering some time zone are more affected than others. In the past , Easter hunt was the event (aside from Black Friday) which released a ton of content on the same first day of the hunt and the extensive release crashed the game (shop remain often an issue and other stuff like for several hours. I wouldnāt be surprised if ATA attempt to have mini-event (whatever format and donāt want to jinx it but like ata can be predictable too) . * I am traumatized on the amount of stuff released at changeover on the first day in 2020. Those Easter (egg) hints) never again especially since thereās people who are pass their six months of playing the game and confused between battle pass and hunt drops and other drops during mini-event unlock / default
