We totally get why it might feel that way, especially if you were earning a solid number of BFTP Boxes before. The structure of rewards has changed, and there will be fewer items (like BFTP Boxes) available as compared to before However, our goal is to make sure the total overall value available through participation hasn't been reduced. Rather, it has been redistributed into a flexible Token system that allows you to choose what you want rather than relying on fixed tier rewards. Why reduce BFTP Boxes at all? Over time, the previous earn rate was putting long-term pressure on the game economy and reducing the impact and perceived value of those rewards. Rather than quietly lowering drop rates or adjusting box contents, we chose to move to a more transparent system where: BFTP Boxes are intentionally priced in the Reward Store Players can prioritize them directly We can better manage long-term economic balance This protects the longevity of those rewards and the overall economy. How long will it take to get a reward I want? This depends on both the reward and your participation level! The difference now is that your progress carries forward (and we'll be watching closely to ensure the Token to prize ratio feels fair.) Why are upper tiers harder to reach? We increased the Web Store Challenge tiers to create more milestones and long-term goals. Previously, some top participants were hitting the ceiling quickly. Extending the track allows us to better support high-engagement players while shifting flexibility into the Token system for everyone else. Does this favor high spenders over mid-spenders? The goal is the opposite: to give even more players meaningful agency and accessibility. Previously, if you didn’t reach certain tiers, you simply missed specific rewards. Now, even partial participation lets you accumulate Tokens over time at a pace that works for you. The system is designed so progress is never wasted. Are the fixed tier rewards like EC, DNs, and Cats gone completely? No, we aren't getting rid of fixed tier rewards entirely. You will still earn items like ECs, DNs, Cats etc as you progress through the tiers. However, we have redistributed a majority of these prizes into the Reward Point Shop. It's important to note that the BFTP Boxes themselves though, have moved entirely to the Shop, giving you the flexibility to spend your RP Tokens on them only when you want to. What happens if we don’t like it? We will be monitoring data and feedback closely. If Token pricing, earn rates, or reward pacing feel off, we’re open to adjustments. Your feedback during the first few cycles will be especially important. Why not just leave the old system alone? The previous structure limited our ability to introduce new rewards and was becoming increasingly difficult to balance as the game has grown. This change gives us more tools to support the game's long-term health. Do my Reward Point Tokens expire, ever? No. One of the biggest perks of this change is that Tokens do not expire. If you aren’t feeling the current lineup in the Reward Point Shop you can hoard those Tokens like a pro and wait for a future update. Does this mean rewards are getting more expensive? Our goal isn’t to make things harder to get; it’s to make them more flexible. While prices in the Reward Point Shop will vary based on the item’s power and rarity, the new system actually makes it easier for more players to access high-tier rewards by saving up over time. How do I access the Reward Point Shop? You can find the Reward Point Shop down at the bottom of the marketplace in PIMD. Your Token balance will be clearly displayed so you always know how close you are to your next big grab. Why did you do this instead of working on things the community has requested? We hear you around this and we want to be clear: this isn’t an 'either/or' situation. We have different teams focused on different parts of the game. Some of those features we're working on are highly complex and carry a lot of technical risk, so we’re taking the time to get them right rather than rushing them out. "This update introduces a new way to be rewarded for your loyalty and support for PIMD." Loyalty? Loyalty to playing this game long term isn't rewarded. I wasn't aware loyalty was measured by how much you're willing to spend. Long term players no where near feel amply rewarded for their support of your game. We feel like we get looked over for those who line your pockets. And giving 50 free rewards points....what can those who can't access the webstore or don't spend much get with that? Absolutely nothing available for just those 50 points unless I just don't see it.
All that fuzz for a bunch of downgrade recollected Avis? really? Yall keep claiming you’re reading the community responses and taking them in consideration but we almost never see any actual results. We want actions. we want change that we can see. Not meaningless words and fake promises. Instead of saying “we read that” tell us what are you doing about it…?
For the 50, you can get 1 of the emoji spells. Literally pointless shi-, if the emoji spells would be like 10 at most, then sure but this is... NO ONE asked for this 👩🏼🦯➡️
Why ruin something that worked? No one asked for this, go back to the old way. Rewards are so not worth it anymore..
After seeing the point shop, I'm not impressed... No new content in the Blast from the Past box, which is close to 200 stars and would require a 50ec purchase or nearly $40 to get enough webstore points to get that many on hand. The big slot boxes also have not been revamped, and the avatars are reused and recolored. Dogs and cats for over 200 stars each? No real "freebies" anymore from buying on webstore, just some chibis, a couple extra ec, and these damn stars and even then I think they are not comparable to the previous set of awards per tier. The exchange rate for them are abominable. This missed the mark.

ATA, I generally feel like I am good at seeing from the dev side and the player side. I have stuck up for ATA in the past, and stuck up for the players in the past. I personally understand that developers work hard. It’s what they work on. Intentions may not be malicious, but sometimes they do miss the mark. I understand trying to distribute things evenly, and keeping BFTP boxes in circulation without decreasing their value. I personally didnt go to the webstore just for the boxes, but for the other rewards as well. However, all I see in the shop is emojis, stats, and avis. Am I missing something? The tiers have significantly decreased rewards, and I may be on my own on this one, but why not get rid of everything in the tiers besides the RP tokens, and put more things in the shop like keys, DNs, ECs, those gold/bronze speed up boxes, etc.? If you want distribution for fair play, it’s not showing. I’m okay with heavy spenders getting more rewards. As a light spender, I just want to also get appropriate rewards for their value. Heavy spenders get that, f2p and light spenders don’t. I also am having trouble understanding why so much emphasis is on the BFTP boxes. Is this just a way to market the new rewards shop? I honestly don’t see many complaints about the circulation, but that’s just my experience. So again I ask, am I missing something? I would love to get feedback and maybe I have it all wrong. Before berating your hard work and attacking your intentions, please enlighten me with your thoughts on my feedback.
Just went through the new rewards and it genuinely feels like a downgrade??? You guys claim that this is for the people. But all I can see is that we gonna have to pay more to get less. Not just less, recycled less. 💀

So have to pay to play some more. Seriously. So if a person is poor like me and cant afford to purchase anything, we miss out. A better idea would be in app quests to earn them. Crappy idea otherwise
