For me, I prefer the Option B, to retain the EC boxes in the store, to avoid anyone have an avenue to scam everyone. In terms of the EC Gift XC LB, maybe those who bought them and traded them out to increase their score, I'm not so sure in your system if you can track the trades. For the compensation, maybe do still the EC Gift XC, but just I have said, track them through trades or I don't know how will you do it so their efforts will not be invalidated. Overall, let's all be observant and don't be ignorant in scams inside and outside the game. 😁
Whilst I appreciate having a re-coloured version of the "Cozy Christmas" avatar (which I have the original of), I'm not a fan of certain aspects of this release... Primarily, I'm in firm agreement with the majority of my fellow players here--whom have voiced their frustrations at the avatars boxes being giftable, versus simply (and, more safely) being available in the Store. Likewise, I'm beyond aghast at the pricing choices made, considering the mid stats that these avatars have! What exactly was the thought-process here? Did those, who approved this, genuinely think that we'd be elated--nay, grateful? ATA, is everything with you purely profit-driven, now? 💔 Incroyable. 🙂↔️
I suggest you tell each of your friends to file a help ticket throughout the game ( ⚙️ => Help ) with the context of their situation & whether it’s before or after the situation and with the IGN of the receiver so they can look into it. I suggest you file a help ticket so they can check further the situation while mention since when it happen so they know whether it before the adjustment or after the adjustment.

What is broken , it might be a device specificity issue (since the game is not the same between Android and iOS )? For example, IOS on the newest update you have the button FAQ removed (December 2025 update) while Android it’s been months that it’s been removed. iOS users often need to uninstall and reinstall the game to clear cache to refresh their game while Android clear cache happen differently.
