    The game servers are currently down and our team is investigating the situation to get the servers back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We'll do everything in our power to get you back on campus soon!

  2. A lot of people are having issues collecting the goodies. The item that is with the bee boxes states to restart your app but when you do nothing changes.

  8. I collected perfectly fine over 12hrs ago. Try uninstall and reinstall the game
     
  9. Hi folks!

    A fix for the issue with the compensation that went out after the outage should have released after it was discovered. If you are still running into the issue with collecting it from your reward box, please try the following troubleshooting steps in the order they appear:

    1. Make sure you're running the latest OS and version of the App on your device.
    2. Make sure your device is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
    3. Force close the app and restart.
    4. Make sure you have enough storage on your device. Free up space by removing unused apps, pictures, and/or videos.
    5. Try Clearing your cache.
    6. Try rebooting/restarting your phone. This will close all open background applications that may be slowing down performance.
    7. Delete and reinstall the app.

    This should resolve the issue you are running into when you attempt to collect the rewards from your rewards inbox.

    After trying those steps listed above and you're still running into the same, please reach out to our support team via the in-game help ticket system so we can collect some more information from you!
