You could try to write in a help ticket if you have questions about the logistics of the raffle and they can help clear up some concerns you have.

It actually says winners will be announced 12/1 not 11/30

 

I’m really starting to wish I would have participated in this. Hopefully there will be more raffles in the future, I just didn’t participate because I felt like there was no way I was going to win with just 1 ticket but I regret not participating now
