With the parakeet 999 I’d say 30-35b, the desk I sold for 6b/499s are typically 4-5b/999 12-14b and the rest of the dorm is fairly cheap still

 

Champagne box furni starts off expensive, but after a week or two the price goes down. For example the Living in Sin furni is now mostly cheap (bed 3b/desk 3b/499 5b)

 

I’ve seen it go for 12-15b these days, done still sell for 10b when in need of bento quick
