Has anyone completed the Rain of Peach Blossom story and received the wrong Avitar? I got the female story and got a male avi from the box when I finished the complete story. 😳
Did you open the box after choosing to continue the storyline? That's probably what caused the issue. I would send a help ticket and see if ATA can switch it for you.
