Extortion? It's a game lol. Just learn how to hit back if you don't want to give up your items. You downloaded a game that is, at its core, a PvP game.
Extortion is defined by the devs, in the context of PIMD, as farming someone or otherwise coercing them into spending ecs or items worth ecs because that essentially requires players to spend real money rather than only losing something that is a part of the GAME. Remember that PIMD is a GAME.
