You have to send a help ticket. Go to home page and press the cog icon in upper left. Then tap "Help" and "New ticket". It opens a conversation directly with a developer.

1.) Mods have no control over banned accounts. You would need to speak with developers.
2.) You need to send a help ticket to speak with the developers, not post in forums.
3.) Even if you could post in forums to contact the devs, this thread has nothing to do with that and your post is therefore quite off topic.
