I lock many threads, and don't even look at usernames of OP's to do so, unless it's a serious violation and requires a forum ban. So. Learn from your mistakes, and 1 won't turn into 2, 2 won't turn into 4, and so forth. Don't be afraid to tidy the shrub either. I heard it helps. 🦀

There is slightly more leniency in forums than pub. I like to engage with people in forums and inform them of their violation if it's mild, or give a heads up if they're bordering a violation, which gives them the opportunity to correct their behaviour before being banned. Locking threads assists in this. It's as it's always been. I'm just upfront about it rather than working behind the scenes. People seem to appreciate knowing, over being slapped with a forum ban and genuinely not understanding what they did. Well, most. 🤷🏼♀️ Now back on topic... TY!
