Dear weirdos... So recently, because of being involved in numerous gcs, and not necessarily hearing from the person I was looking forward to speaking with as often as usual, I decided to turn off all of my notifications. Historically, I was known to respond back immediately to everything that I could as my phone(s) were on me nearly all the time unless I was super busy... but now I’m like eh... I get to it when I get to it. Well, apparently, this has frustrated someone I like a lot, but they don’t necessarily text me back quickly either, so I was caught off guard by their over the top reaction to my slow texting today. Which made me want to ask the community... TL;DR What is an acceptable time frame to reply back to someone after they have texted you? How fast do you text (keystrokes per minute)? How long is too long of a text back and how short is too short? Discuss... meme... derail... fight... whatever... :/
If yo azz don't reply back 2 me within a 10 sec time frame yo azz is getting blokt and yo whole family cursed with some dark voodoo lvl shyt cuz I'm petty as fawk. AlIriight. How fast do i text? In fact I'm the only one allowed to to take dayz to reply and if anyone gets mad u gettin blokt. I'm a texting prodigy bruh.

Texts the same day are nice. 🙃 But that's the thing about texting that's different than a phone call, it doesn't require an immediate response. Answer to all of the questions: depends on many factors.
Why? I’m still waiting on more answers to my original questions. When I have enough opinions, I’ll consider ending the fun
I think it depends on the relationship I have with the particular individual and the circumstances. There are some people I text back as soon as I see the text. There are some people I forget to reply to for days.
