Cbronic error in pimd

  1. For a year as a Turkish android users, we all having a problem to reach the game. When a new hunt starts, with new drops or items, we cannot reach the game until the next update, it may be last day of the hunt or later maybe 15-20 days. I tried to say to developers that situation from my friends in game help but they are just giving advices and have no idea. I can write them from here coz I didn't accepted the new spinner items on my gift box but I know that I will not reach the game if I accept them, I have lived that before. I hope some developers can see that I will post error logs and reports too.

  2. We can’t help you bud the best thing you can do is send a help ticket.
     
  3. I am posting that to reach developers. In help ticket they are offering people to restart the phone or something like stupid suggests. They have no idea about anything. They have no knowledge

  7. It means that you know them so good. It means that they don't care about people's problems. If they have a knowledge they can understand that I mean. But I don't feel like that...
     
  8. If they are developers I can understand why they coudnt solve it for a year.. I sent logs but you all have no idea like all of them..
     
  9. 1. I don't need to "know them so good." They the developers, therefore only they can fix the problem. No one else can do anything.
    2. A lot of the time they don't care about people's problems. If they won't help you then they won't help you and you can get over it.

  10. And you can be sure about that they are not devs, they told me that they will say that to devs. Please do not comment before saying anything, for just to say something. They should thank me for that.. I have nevet seen that who refuse to developing..

  12. Yeah. We have no idea. So you're not gonna get any help from us and this has about 0.0005% of a chance of reaching the devs. Better off trying to contact them directly, like everyone else has stated

  13. Unfortunately, the ATA staff don't usually reply to threads (especially when there's an issue with the game). Which is why you'll always be directed back to those help tickets. If you've explained everything in detail with the ss and still to no avail, your region may not support PimD... Ofc I'm obviously not tech and app savvy so it's a reach to say that.

    It can be many things causing this but only ATA can help figure it out. Have patience and answer with as much detail as you can and, hopefully, it'll finally be fixed.
