While I do like you, I think you appear to place a lot of importance on popularity and faux fame on here, which is a bit off-putting to me because I think you are a very nice person who deserves to live a fulfilling life and I don't think you'll have the opportunity to live it to the fullest being so occupied with trivial things like that.
Building off of Sher's post The real question is, do you like yourself? And basing it off on how much you seemingly require validation from others, you don't really like yourself much. Attention-seeking behaviors like this, while an obvious manifestation of poor self-image, often do more harm than good. For one, you're in a mental state where you're gonna have a heightened focus on any bit of negativity given. Also, majority of people are turned off by attention-seeking behaviors and thus find them annoying, increasing the likelihood that they'll offer the validation you seek. It fuels the negativity that you're going to hyperfocus on Idk i just honestly recommend seeing a therapist to help you learn mechanisms to build your self-esteem and stop your reliance on outside validation
I spoke from personal experience, cuz I've been in Thursday's shoes and still am sometimes. But reality checks help me ground myself so I hope it helps Thursday too. If not, I did vote that I like her.
