If you are one of those people that have applied, I believe a long time ago, one of the apes talked about how they will research your history and how you interact with the community to see if you'd be a viable person to be put in charge of moderating the community. When new mods are released, and people go and say stuff like "Why didn't I make it?", "These mods are nobodies", "Now I can go back to being my usual self", you speak volume to ATA about why you most likely wouldn't be a good candidate in future positions. Mods should be able to stay cool under duress, and not lash out at the community if something doesn't go their way.

I tend to be a very open-minded person that can speak to someone that dislikes me, and try to get to the root of the problem with them. For example I know that some very good people applied like Krazy, who although I haven't spoken to much, I can respect him. Before someone says "Krazy put his opinions about mods, so why are you using him as an example?", Krazy put his honest opinions, and still made those opinions not be defamatory towards the new mods, like myself. I told myself I wasn't going to write a long post on this thread and seem like I'm bragging about becoming a mod, but I just wanted to say that even if our post count is low, and you may have had a problem with one of us in the past, I'm looking forward to getting to work and meet all of you to work on some cool projects in the future. So if you want to be a mod, help yourself, try to be a positive influence just for the sole purpose of helping the community with no ulterior motives. If you consider people that aren't mods to be ordinary players, then just remember that you can't be extraordinary without being ordinary. I believe Muschi applied for mod and didn't get it, but she still made an amazing thread about Honour Students, Mods, and Devs, and it got stickied by ATA and moves to guides. At the end of day, ATA takes note of people that follow their driving force, "We build communities."

This is the only last and final thing I’ll say upon this Thread, I personally Apologize to All ATA Staff and Moderators who felt Harassed or Abused by my comments, I just want the best interest for this game and having been here since 2010 in and out I’ve seen Good things come and bad things come, to me personally I have seen more bad Come and in my own personal opinion this current team could do better with their creativity and support.

I just have the best hopes and wishes for the community as a whole I do wish the New Mods the best of luck however I will be skeptical of them as I have always been skeptical of new Moderators all across ATA Games I have my own opinions about the Current selection of Moderators as do the rest of this community.

I mean I will and I do fully intend to, I have apologized yes but my standpoint and opinion has not changed. I was just being courteous as I do admit I may have went haywire with it my opinion has so far only changed with one of the new mods the rest yet to me are still a mystery. Anywho I ask that I do not be mentioned further in this Thread thank you

This was unexpected, but the fact you acknowledged you reacted poorly over the situation and apologised for it, is appreciated. I commend you for being one of few to actually own up to it. Maybe you'll change your mind about us wee lil mods in time. Until then, happy gaming to you too! ?

Thank you everyone...even the dissenter(s). I’ve seen numerous threads over the years introducing new mods. It always goes exactly like this- numerous congratulations, numerous people protesting and claiming some people don’t deserve it, people claiming that new mods are unknown people. It baffles me that players can expect to know everyone in a game with thousands of players. Players can contribute in different ways, and by no means does not being chose mean that someone doesn’t contribute in their own way. Give people a chance. I promise you, all us newbies are going to do our best?
