I bought the cash subscription on my main account and it somehow applied itself to my alt. I opened a help ticket about this and they just told me to buy it again. 🙃 Isn't it just going to keep applying to my alt? To add insult to injury, i can't even access subscriptions on my alt, probably because the app isn't optimized for the device it's on.
How do I disable the automatic renewal for this? I went to my account options and it doesn’t show up.
