Actually, Alice, I learned from guides. I actually learned how to play PimD like two-ish months after I joined… I found forums (mainly fan fiction) two days after I joined from a campus post and I lived on there rather than the actual game. I ventured into the other side of forums while later and started reading guides. Then I actually learned to play. And starting putting effort into the game a few months later.
And ALSO if a player doesn't want to teach a noob they can direct them to a lovely guide like this, or players on forums can when a new player makes a thread. So HA And I agree that mags should get the 'award thing'.
As Sammi said, I also learned how to play from guides, without guides i would never have lcbc'd. And yes lots don't see forums, but lazy pupils and posts on "hey im new!" Threads can direct newcomers here.
