Anime? Whats your view on it? Do you like them? Do you watch them? Which one was your favorite? Do you enjoy watching them? Do they ever PISS you off? Answer however you like ^_^. Reason as to why I am posting this is because I just recently finished watching 3 anime. Soul Eater, High School of the Dead, and Claymore. What do all 3 of them have in common? They all end leaving you with the assumption that there is a continuation to them, AKA season 2 or whatever. After finding out that there isnt a continuation, I for one get really pissed and research for around 30 minutes if any plans for a future continuation is in progress. Sadly, there most likely isnt for any of these. (Maybe HSoTD though) The last one that I saw was Claymore. I got really into it, was about 26 episodes long and the ending left me craving for more. I was sad, close to depressed (i feel this now since i just finished it like 2 days ago) knowing that the series ended then and there. It was easily the best, or second best anime I have seen by far (yu yu hakusho is my #1 ^_^). So just now, I went into my anime library that I obviously got through legal means, and attempted to start a new anime. It didnt work out, I tried both Flame of Recca and Needless. Neither of those made me feel as I felt while I was watching Claymore. Claymore made me want to never stop watching it and it just showed me what great anime is like. I currently cannot get Claymore off of my mind (even the japanese ending song is great, i downloaded the track xD). Hopefully I do remove it from my mind though, or better yet, season 2 comes out . Anyways the point I am trying to make, Anime plays with your mind amd soul, dont watch them unless you are ready to be hurt. Have you ever watched a Anime that left you wanting more of it and you clhad a hard time getting it oglff your mind? Mine is Claymore, what about you?
Anime is the animayed version of Mangas I assume. I dont like reading, and reading a tv show is even worse for me lol. Mangas arent my thing. Still I guess the se thing happens in Mangas too.
That if you've read those, the movies are basically moviefied versions of those books. Like what you said but for movies lol
Books are great. It's boring reading them, but once you start reading them you get into em and wanna read em again. Happens to me. Like the book Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. Boring book, but I ended up reading it 3x. And it's like 800 pages long. Just sayin
Its different for me, the more I read a book the more I want to burn it. This is why I have always had bad grades in English class xD. I actually did used to like books. Way back when in 2nd and 3rd grade, I was into the Magic Treehouse series. I almost read them all, then 4th grade hit. I can telly you now, the last time I read a book for pure enjoyment, was in the end of 3rd grade. Ever since then, I have never opened a book seeking fun. It only had to do with school work. I always had a pretty high reading level and I can read and understand just about anything.
Waaaah. I forgot the ampersand doesn't work. ): Currently reading A Song of Fire and Ice (watching along with Game of Thrones). Anime is awesome, too. Despite the definite endings to them, I still want more Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin, and Fullmetal Alchemist.
