Welcome to Icknield High School. For you Americans, this might confuse you, so I'll explain the English school system. KS1-Infant School Reception: Ages 4-5 Year 1: Ages 5-6 Year 2: Ages 6-7 KS2-Primary School Year 3: Ages 7-8 Year 4: 8-9 Year 5: 9-10 Year 6: 10-11 KS3:High School Year 7: 11-12 Year 8: 12-13 Year 9: 13-14 (Make your GCSE choices) KS4-Still High School Year 10: 14-15 (GCSE exams start) Year 11: 15-16 College: Any age, your time there depends on your course. University: Same as college. Anyway, you will go through Icknield with a coloured tie, explained below. Year 7: Green Tie Year 8: Silver Tie Year 9: Yellow Tie Year 10: Blue Tie Year 11: Red Tie You will go through the whole school with one colour tie. When you leave in year 11, that colour tie will go to year 7. Prefects are awarded once in year 10, and again in year 11. Prefects have multicoloured ties. The uniform consists of a blazer, jumper (optional), white shirt, tie, mid-grey skirt or trousers and white, grey or black socks/tights. The RP will start in year 7, and will end with the re-union when we are all thirty. In year 7, some of us may know each other, but there are a variety of primary schools in the Icknield area, so we won't know everybody in our class. Sorry! Thorne Creedy 18/07 Highschool: Adult: Despite her name Thorne is pretty easy-going, shes laid-back and sociable but she can be very jumpy and paranoid as well. She is very complicated and depending on the circumstances her personality changes with them. Normally she is happy and fun-loving. Shes very easy to like as she doesn't really get on nerves. She never pushes for information and understands the need for secrecy and that trust needs to be earned. However she suffers from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and GAD (general anxiety disorder) which interfere with her life. She is constantly tired due to the effect of her mind dreaming and constantly being awake when Thorne is sleeping. Her mind often goes blank and she can't remember what on Earth shes doing or saying and this happens a lot more than people should. Shes very secretive and doesn't share information often. Thorne will work for a company that puts on productions every two weeks. Thorne generally plays important roles and is paid well because of the company's popularity.
Thread Creedy 15/01 Highschool: Adult: Thread is very protective of his sister, he loves her a lot and knows how hard shes had it. He doesn't talk much and from the outside he seems hard as a rock. He generally hangs around Thorne and countless times they are mistaken for being in a relationship. Thread is reserved and dreams a lot about the future. He's very self-confident, openminded and wise. He's great at giving advice and helping people out in bad situations. Once you get past Thread's barrier you find a cocky guy who's funny and caring. Thread is only anything when he wants to be. His personality practically morphs to his own desires. Thread will be a singer/songwriter in his band he plays guitar and sings and had little fame. He's not huge but occasionally you'll hear a song on the radio and he plays at small festivals and has gigs that many come to see.
Saxon Crossland 28 September Saxon is a keen conversationalist and likes to add his own input into any type of conversation. He's a little flirtatious and at times will flirt with girls that are obviously way out of his league. He's quite 'nerdy' and enjoys reading vintage comic books and playing video games. Extra: When he was 9 he was involved in a plane crash, in which four people died. He's very lucky that neither of his parents were killed in this traumatic event. He has never gotten on a plane since and he wants to keep it that way. Drummer for his rap punk/rock band 'Room 21'.
