  1. World Leaders - PBP

Disclaimer - This game is run by the game master, Reeseb627. He (me) has the final say in this play by post (PBP).

    STORY

The year is 2020, after the failed UN resolution for the demilitarization of all countries, many nations have begun to pull out. Many resolutions have been dissolved. Their no more treaties in place, they've all been dissolved and broken.

The world is now preparing to rearm themselves. Either to conquer the world or defend themselves from foreign powers. In doing this, long time have broken their defense agreements out of paranoia.

(Note, NATO and the EU do NOT exist anymore.)

The game will begin after three countries have given an acceptance speech for becoming the next leader of the country (Of your choosing.) and a history of how you came to power. In this speech, you can outline your goals, how your foreign will be and your starting bonus. After that, you must tackle the world as a leader. Will you be a peaceful ruler? Or a tyrant? Only you know.

Examples of starting bonus: (Must be specific.)

Naval - Best destroyers, Carriers, ETC.
Army - Special forces, Tanks, Infantry, engineers, snipers, ETC.
Air Force - Fighters, bombers, ETC>
Scientific/Cultural/Any addition that would benefit your country (maximum of 2).

    COUNTRIES YOU CANNOT PICK

Brazil, N/S Korea, Cuba, China, Switzerland, Australia, Ukraine, Iran, Israel.

    RANDOM EVENTS

Weather, NPC countries, terrorist organizations can and will do anything. They are controlled by the GM.

    GAME ACTIONS

    Alliances -

Only four players? No alliances. Six? Two man alliances. Over nine? Three

    Post Count -

    Must be in format provided.

Let three countries post the format BEFORE you post again.

The GM's posts and questions/talking DO NOT
    count for building/research.

If you forgot to add that you were building something or doing something in your main post, too bad.

    War -

Population - Don't have a twelve million man army and you only have nine million citizens (You have to balance your civilian/military forces)

A designated Warmaster (WM) can war for the GM.

You have to be practical with your bases if you're country doesn't touch water you can't have a navy if you're country is small you can't have 20 bases.

    Three naval bases? Three fleets.

Three airfields? Three fighter (or drone) wings.

    Squadron of fighters (12-24 planes)
    Drone squadron (12-24)
    Stealth squadron (6-9)

    Three forts? Three armies.

    BE DESCRIPTIVE

Be very descriptive. Don't be so generalized.

    "Missile defense system built"

It's built yes? Not installed anywhere.

Trained troops? Yeah. Where are they staying at?

What factories are making your war products?

Remember, you can damage a country without military action.

    WAR MODE:

In order to attack someone, you must declare war and activate war mode with that country. In war mode, it is like 1v1. You must wait for your enemy to reply. You get the chance to deflect 2 attacks every 1 page. It does not stack. (You must come up with a sound reason for why the guy does not land.)

You get three attacks on your opponent and you get to deflect two of them. So, it's a pick your poison kind of a thing.

    (One passive, 2 offensive)

We are using modern technology (with a tad of our own creativity).

    Example:

    Poland VS Germany

    Germany:

20 panzers roll across the polish border (passive)
Air strikes are launched from the city of Lublin. 1k troops march into polish/German border

    Poland:

Land mines in the area go off, blowing up 7 of the tanks (Passive Defense)
AA Guns in nearby bases thwart the air attacks (defensive)
The troops, although meeting medium resistance, push through (Poisoned Picked)

Also Ireland is a good bit always from the US so troops won't arrive instantly you have to wait and also sail your troops there you can't have 10k troops on a submarine 50-100

The one thing you need to do is be so descriptive that I can't invalidate anything you do

Keep a running count of EVERYTHING you train/build/research.
