Some people already know but I've been working in a gym at the front desk for 5 weeks. Working there gives me free access, so I have the right to train myself for free. So I decided to workout. Ps: that's me 5 weeks ago. Week 1: I am lifting 500Kg per sides so total 1000Kg the bar is made of gold so add like 250Kg. Week 2: I've met a bunch of cool guys, they suggested me to use some proteines to help me out... So why not? Week 3: DAT ASS DOE Week 4: I can't scratch my head... It's so itchy... Today, my family thinks i've been working out way too much but I don't feel like I've been working out that much. I mean.... What do you guys think about me? I do feel like I have a bit bigger biceps.
