Hello! I've tried on all 4 of my accounts and it won't let any reset. I press the reset and the "yes I'm sure" then I double tap home and close the app completely then log back on and I'm back onto my account.. Why wot it let any of my accounts reset??

I've emailed support but as we all know they are as slow as they can possibly try to help their consumers and aren't ever really any help besides to usually make us all more confused then when we started..
Okay guys this is how to fix it you email support then delete the app and re-download it open it then throw you're phone out the window and run over it or just buy a iPhone 6 and it'll bend and break on it's own!
