Why do gay men have higher voices than straight men?

  1. I do NOT mean this in an offensive way, I honestly want to know. I have nothing against gays, I have several gay friends and I'm a huge gay rights supporter, so I'm not trying to be offensive at all. This is just something I've been wondering for a long time. Also, please don't say anything negative about homosexuals. That is NOT the purpose of this thread.
